We sell secrets - That is our business.
We endeavour to protect the secret in the art of magic - If we don't keep the secret - there is no magic. We therefore do not allow customers to order an item, open it, learn the secret and send it back. No serious magician would want a member of the public to do that.
Please make sure that you have ordered the correct item at the time of purchase.
We do cover all purchases under the statutory seven day cooling off period, provided that they are returned to us in their original, sealed and unopened condition. Once the seal is broken, the secret is out and we cannot accept the item for return.
Should any item be found to have faults in manufacture we will, of course, happily replace it.
We are unable to offer refunds for DVD, CD's, software and similar items.
Any items returned to us must be in their original, sealed and unopened condition.
Where items are returned under the statutory seven day cooling off period, the customer assumes responsibility for the cost of returning the item to us.
